Hamilton Partners hopes to build an office tower on Main Street.
Main Street may be undergoing yet another shuffle, with one employer evaluating other sites and another hoping to build.
Bruce Bingham, partner with real estate developer Hamilton Partners, said Friday he hopes to build a Class A office tower on Main Street between 200 South and 300 South. Preliminary artist's renderings show a 22-story structure with street-level retail. The site currently has temporary store fronts, with tenants including Curry in a Hurry and Big City Soup.
